Restricted documents are not visible in the document register. Only their registration data are made public.
If a document bears an expired access restriction, it can be accessed by a request for information. Requests for information should be sent by e-mail to [email protected].
In the case of correspondence from natural persons, the name of the person will be replaced by their initials to protect their privacy.
In the document register, it is possible to search by data fields or free text search using a keyword. At least one search field must be used to perform a search. You can search for the following types of documents:
- outgoing letter
- incoming letter
- directive
- human resources directive
- public procurement directive
- contract
- employment contract
Search by data fields
The search term is used to search across the data fields of the document. The search term must be at least three characters long
Used to search documents by their title
Used to search documents by the date or date range of their registration. To search for a specific date, you must enter the same date in both date fields. If you want to find documents registered after a certain date, you only need to enter the date in the ‘from’ (‘alates’) field and the search will return documents registered from the date you entered in the search (with the most recent documents first, in descending order). If you want to search for documents registered up to a certain date, you must enter the desired date in the ‘to’ (‘kuni’) field and the search will return documents registered up to the date specified in the search.

Used to search documents by the name of the sender or recipient of the document
Used to search documents by the registration number of the sender’s institution document
Used to search documents by the receiving or sending method
Used to search documents by their access restriction
Used to search documents by the basis of their access restriction
Used to search documents by the date or range of dates when the document’s access restriction ends. The same search conditions apply to this field as to the ‘Registration date’ field.
Search result
- The search results are displayed as a table and divided into pages. On a single page, 20 documents are displayed. The entire search result will show the first 100 documents, from the newest to the oldest, but you will need to refine the search to get a more specific result.
- To see the metadata and public files of a document, click on the text in any column. Additional data fields are displayed in the detailed view of the document data. You can see public files in the ‘Files’ section and links to other documents in the ‘Links’ section.
